In order to Market Yourself Smarter, you need to Know Your Character - the combination of qualities or features that distinguish you from your peers.

This self-assessment tool includes a series of scenario based questions for each of the five areas in which you should Know Your Character - Personality, Leadership Style, Relational Style, Motivational Drivers and Communication Style.

Each section will consist of three scenarios. At the end of each section, you will be characterized with a Profile based on your "behaviour" in each area.

You will learn how your character:

• Fits in particular settings (to help you align your work style to your work place)
• Can achieve career success and career satisfaction by being true to who you are
• Helps you make proactive career choices and overall management of your career
